Our Process
Step 1: Team Assessment
We begin by evaluating your team’s stress resilience, current stress levels, and communication and conflict styles. HR receives a comprehensive summary, while each team member gets a personalized one-page overview.
Step 2: Workshop & Impact Survey
Our live or in-person 90 minute workshop engages your team with an evidence-based stress mindset shift protocol, developed by leading researchers from Stanford, Harvard, and Yale. The workshop also enhances communication skills, and we collect feedback via an impact survey.
Step 3: Personalized Reports
Each team member receives a detailed personal profile, offering deep insights into their communication and stress management styles. Management receives an impact report summarizing key outcomes from the workshop.
Step 4: Strategy Session with HR
We present the impact report, outlining key team dynamics and a heat map of personality types. We then work with HR to identify areas for further training and development, helping your team maximize long-term performance and resilience.
Workplace stress can reduce productivity by 40% and increase turnover costs up to 20% of annual salaries per employee.

Our Training
We have developed a Stress Resilience Communication Framework that integrates personalized communication insights with a proven stress mindset shift based on research from Stanford, Harvard and Yale.
Simply put, the way we talk about stress shapes how we perceive it and limits or expands our options for addressing it. We help people update both their language and their perception of stress, opening up new paths for resolution.
Each team member will learn their unique communication and conflict management styles, and will become more adaptive, collaborative, and productive in the face of challenges.
